Unexpected Operation Plan Creation

Attached is a zipped scenario where I do not understand how it is determining the number of operations to plan. I have a demand of three units for an Item. Based on the flows associated with the plan, the OpA1 operation is being planned six times when creating a constrained plan with the capacity checked. OpA1 is planned 4 times when contrained with the capacity unchecked. When running unconstrained, I also get 6 OpA1's with capacity checked and 4 OpA1'swith capacity unchecked. Based on the flow, I expected to get 4 OpA1 operations regardless of which option chosen.

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

I am running version 0.9.1 for the attached scenario.

This looks like a bug to me.

Yes. Bugs are reported here:  http://sourceforge.net/p/frepple/bugs/

Ideally, it is reported as a fixture, compatible with 0.9.3 format.
