Failure when creating frePPLe plan

Hi. I am new with frepple. i need help with the next message: 

"Failure when creating frePPLe plan: Exit code of the batch run is 1"

Check out the contents of the log file, which can be accessed right below the plan generation button.

If there is no log file, the frePPLe planning engine couldn’t start for some reason.

If there is a log file, it’ll show info where exactly it crashed.

TANKS JOHAN. STRANGELY IT NOW CRATED THE PLAN. BUT THE PLAN IS EMPTY. I.E: NOT INVENTORY MOVEMENT, NOT RESOURSE USAGE, ....
I SEND YOU DE LOG FILE, AND I DON`T KONW IF NEED ANOTHER DATA. SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH, AND TANKS AGAIN.

Check out the “problem report” and “constraint report”. It’ll tell you why your demand wasn’t planned.


The best approach to check the model structure is to use the “supply path” report of the end item. Very likely you missed some field(s), which make the planning network incomplete.

Tanks Johan, really tanks. the problem report only say "demand is not polanned", and the constraint report is empty. watching the log file i see the line Load plan es 0. my be this the problem?, perhaps i forgot to load some data...
