French tutor recommendation?

Could anyone recommend a French tutor for an 8 year old French native?

where? when? how? for what purpose?

Half of the city would say "yes I can" - but depending on the goals, they might not be the best choice.

An hour a week to start, on a week day late afternoon, in our home (Inner Richmond). My daughter is bilingual so it’s mostly about reading and writing, learning grammar and spelling. Ideally someone who has experience teaching elementary school children in a French/bilingual school or similar setting.

I have a fantastic tutor named Arcene who does a lot of tutoring for lycee and fais kids - I can recommend him enough - i've been studying with him for a couple of years and he's really lovely!
