Birthday Theme Camp - Vendor Question

Hello beautiful Freezer Burn team,

We're registering a birthday theme camp and we'd like to have a bouncy house. There's a place that rents them in Columbus that does same day delivery/set-up/breakdown. Would it be possible to let their truck/driver through the gate the morning of Saturday, January 17 to set up, then back in 6 hours later to breakdown/pick-up?

I would be concerned about letting outside vendors into the event.  

Rumors based on inaccurate information can be easily created.

If I had, I would have to concur with Scott and EzTom. Or suggest camp meet vendor at the gate and get a reduction in price for no setup/takedown.
