Room booked for 25 February

Hi all,
I have now booked The Oaklands Centre, Winleigh Road, Handsworth,
Birmingham for 25 February, with the main room that could hold over
100 people (but could have small groups in it) and a kitchen with
cooker, big pot for boling hot water, dishes and cutlery. On the
basis that some of us would want to get there half an hour early to
get the room into shape and put the kettle on, and those of us who
have been doing the morning housekeeping need to clean up afterwards,
I would suggest that that would take an extra half hour after the
meeting has ended. We will, in any event, need to be out by 6pm as
another booking is happening then. I believe the cost is £10 per hour
and I now need to have confirmed that we want the room from 9:30 to
4:30. If I've got the time wrong it doesn't matter, just let me know
asap If this is roughly £70, how do we cover it? Can employed people
bung a fiver in each? . There is a pub nearby that some of us could
go to for a drink afterwards and a nice Thai pub not too far away we
could go to for a meal if people want to stay on. I've also got room
to accommodate people the night before--could put up a maximum of four
people in two double beds.

We then need to circulate to the national group the agenda for the
day.Then we can estimate numbers on the day and I can find out about
costs for catering from the vegetarian Asian takeaway.

Thank you so much. I'm more than willing to contribute to the cost.
I'm sure we can ask people attending on the day who are in employment
to pay a pound or two.

Please reply to this mail if you're willing/able to share the cost of
the hire upfront.

Hi Joel,
I can pay for the cost of the hire upfront and can get refunded on the
day. Can you confirm a 10am start or should it be later for those coming
from elsewhere?
