Pinnal Thottam - Model Zoo for Tamil applications

Dear Friends, Fellow Tamil Computing enthusiasts:

I’m wondering if we will expand (as a community) on the AI models for Tamil applications originally listed at awesome-tamil repo. 

Here are few questions in my mind and kindly consider answering them if you are interested in supporting the new project or contributing code/models/data to this effort.

Tamil Model Zoo - பின்னல்பூங்கா - கதம்பமாலை - எந்திராலை - should it be consisting of ipynb, source code, dataset/links to datasets, be licensed under MIT/Apache or both or sth else?

What is the license for the data?

What is a governance model ? Should we do it ad-hoc like other projects? Who will contribute open models towards this effort? Open datasets toward this effort?

Will we have models beyond nlp, audio related models?
