Hi,
A Tamil - IPA phonetic transcription tool based on the book "Panniru
Thirumurai Mozhipeyarppu"
http://www.virtualvinodh.com/tamil-ipa
Transcribes Tamil to the International Phonetic Alphabet accurately
(AFAIK :-) ) using Unicode IPA symbols.
