Following CRAG’s submission in 2009, Australia’s federal government has abandoned its compulsory helmets policy."


Is this above fact written on any government releases, or since 2009 has the commonwealth gone mute on MHL?


Sorry I am a bit late to the party on this but if this is policy can we have some links please?

The situation is described here.

It seems that the federal government has implicitly abandoned its compulsory helmets policy by stating that it is a state government matter.
