Airbnb was founded in a San Francisco living room over five years ago. This city welcomed us, and our headquarters have always been and will always be in San Francisco. Now for the first time ever we will be inviting our entire company spanning 13 offices around the globe to a reunion right here in our hometown.
As a way to give back and say thanks to San Francisco for hosting our team we will be working on thirteen projects throughout the city’s many neighborhoods that help improve the local schools, parks, and non-profit organizations that make our hometown truly vibrant.
As our neighbor and a special part of the Airbnb family, we invite you to join us for this day of service on Saturday, February 8th. Airbnb employees, hosts, and guests will be working together with a collective goal of contributing 4,000 hours back to our city. A tasty lunch will be provided and all volunteers will be invited to celebrate the day and our community at a special block party on Saturday evening! More details to come for those who RSVP.
