Hi,
You should probably download sounds at a smaller rate, although I'm not
sure where does this "rate limit exceeded" message comes from as I don't
think our API would return it (although we do rate limit and return HTTP
429 messages). You're probably using some intermediate client which you
should be able to configure so it reduces the download rate.
