API Rate limit

Frederic Font Corbera <freder...@upf.edu>: Oct 25 01:47PM +0900 Hi,   You should probably download sounds at a smaller rate, although I'm not sure where does this "rate limit exceeded" message comes from as I don't think our API would return it (although we do rate limit and return HTTP 429 messages).
