Help - Setting message body text from link

Hi - I know you can set the subject of a message sent with, say, Outlook but
can you set the text in the message too?

mailto:joe...@pumpum.com?Subject=Mail_Me!

Do be aware it will not work with the mail client of all visitors -
assuming they have an email client associated with their web browser
and will break some browser/email client combinations to the extent of
causing a system crash.
