Certainly looks a candidate - but no animated gifs which might count against

But looks BA in Opera with graphics overlaying text.

I thought the final decision was fishcakes only for sites promoted here
- but would happily give it one if my thought is incorrect.

I'm sure you are correct in saying that it was decided it was only for sites
promoted here. The graphics were overlaying the text in IE as well
