He is just being lazy. He obviously wants to have a popular site (hence the
unique part) so he can make money from it.
If anyone has a unique idea, I hope they do it themselves. The person who
done the <sigh> hampster dance </sigh> site, told someone else to do it,
would have probably committed suicide by now.
