Now i havnt tried it my self, so admitedly i'm guessing. But i'm almost
certain you cannot now register for a free Fsmail account from any IP/ISP
anymore. You'll be made to choose the Orange equivalent.
I do have an existing fsmail account which i use from anywhere.

How the hell do you get an fsmail account at all, the only accounts
available on Orange are orangehome addresses???

Presumably the same way I still have a fsnet e-mail address -
"grandfather rights" - been there since Freeserve first started.

As the others have said, you could only get them when Freeserve was the
provider. They still stand, granfather rights as someone else said !!

Try using it then.

Here is the o/p for those that don't know how to use NGs or have
reading/memory difficulties:

"I've noticed that Orange has stopped certain IPs from getting a new
email account with them. When my friend tried to sign up he kept
getting this message "Sorry you are not allow to registrer free email
account. The reason is: Your IP address is not allowed to access
to fsmail.net registration website". When did this start, and why are
they doing it? Thanks."
