Hi,
Grateful for codes for inputting korean text into Message rules. Also, is
there a complete list that can be downloaded?........... :-)

You need to look for the 'content transfer encoding' line and kill any
that use the 'big-5' charset.
Not sure that OE will allow that though.

Best to simply kill everything with MIME in the headers. ;)

Can you do this in O.Express ?
If so an explanation would be appreciated.

Actually dont want to use mailwasher, I prefer Message Rules. But I need the
codes to input Korean letters into Message Rules.

Fair enough, here's a set of strings I use as part of my 'anti-
korean' filter:

euc-kr
"charset=\s?""?big5"
charset=ks_c_5601-1987
charset=euc-kr
KS_C_5601-1987

Simply cut and paste a few (2 or three) characters as displayed from the
subject line. I seem to remember that most start the subject line with
an open square bracket like [ so copy that and the next one or two.
