unsolicited and unwanted porn E-mails

We are getting porn e-mails sent to us from sights that all look the same,
seem to be from the USA, and have different E-mail addresses coming up. We
have clicked on the unsubscribe section many times without success, how do
we stop it.

It's too late to stop it. By clicking on the "unsubscribe" just confirms
that your email is valid, hence opening the door to even more spam. Best to
sign up for a new account.

the headings of all your emails, who they're from, and who they're to (not
even you, usually) from all your different ISPs, on their servers, and
delete everything that you don't like the look of.
I came back from holiday to find about 50 junk and porn emails, and deleted
the lot of them off the server with a single stroke, without downloading
them.
Mike's right, never, ever reply to one of these.

if you are trying to unsubscribe, do they tell on the unsubscribe page, how
long it would take, to unsubscribe, if so, wait between these times, say, 3
-5 days, most of them do, sometimes it may take 3-4 hours! if your lucky!
its called 'Wait & See'.

NEVER REPLY TO SPAM. Yes, I know I am shouting, but it is for the simple
reason that no matter how many times you tell people, they still don't
listen!!
