Hi All need some help I am building a G3 B&W I Have the case and power, the
logic board and G3 CPU, memory, video card, cd-rom drive. How do I load OS X
on the drive I get to the APPLE logo on screen and I hear the CD Rom
spinning and lights flashing then after awhile it all stops and I get the
CIRCLE with the LINE through it any help would be appreciated.

I'm no expert but are you holding down the C key when starting up tp
force booting from the CD Drive? You might care to post your query to
uk.comp.sys.mac where I'm sure you'll get more expert advise. Good luck.
