A friend is getting unliked & unsolicited email sent to her address, each
time it comes from a different address so blocking an address is no good any
ideas.

Just a thought, the simplest solution is to drop the addy that is getting
the unwanted mail and open a new account, just don't ever use the
new account for things like chat or NGs, only for email.
Keep the old account for NGs and chat.

Also tell her not to ever fill in any online questionaires, they are SPAM
magnets.
