One of the things you should do to prevent this is to buy Norton Internet
Security,
and use the firewall that comes with it and the anti spam features,
including ad blocking.

Also downloading a copy of Ad-aware (shareware version, although you can buy
the full
version) from lavasoft.

That will keep your machine clean and "bullet proof" from :-

Spam
Hackers
Viruses
Adverts
Spyware
... the list goes on.

Alternatively, you could just stop viewing and subscribing to porn websites,
or press delete.

Norton Internet Security is good but DO NOT choose this if you play online
games, i actually have to turn the firewall off just to stop my PC from
crashing everytime I try to play a game online.

I've heard of many people that AVG Anti-Virus is good and so is Mozilla
FireFox.
