You are having trouble sending email? There are all sorts of reasons why
that might happen. I suggest you have a read of the UFAQ at
ufaq.fsnet.co.uk
As for changing your password, there is no reason why you can't do that.
Again, read the UFAQ.
Oh, and you may want to post to one of the groups that actually deal with
Microsoft problems. This group is really for RISC OS.
