Preliminary Questionnaire Results

Hi all in the Freeseer community!

I, Panu and Markus did a quick questionnaire to benchmark the current state of UX with Foreseer. Here are the results and they point well what requires improvement

"Answer the following using the scale 0, Totally Disagree - 5, Totally Agree"

The Averages

- Freeseer is easy to install: 2.89 (All were Linux users)

- Freeseer is easy to use: 2.67

- Freeseer is useful: 3.11

- Freeseer is appealing: 3.11

- Freeseer meets my needs: 2.56

As you can see, the basid idea (usefullness and appeal) are quite good, but the biggest problems are with the ease of use and how well the new users see its benefits to them.

We also asked the new users for ideas of use cases they had in mind and we'll incorporate these ideas into our future work with use scenarios. We will also put a strong emphasis on getting the user interface on its way to a better state.
