*INVITATION: "Intelligent Mobility" (Weds, 21 Nov, 18.30, European Parliament)*

The *sustainable mobility* of people and goods in Europe continues to play a key role in nearly all policy fields.

To better harness the benefits of novel technologies and organisational forms, in the field of mobility over *100 stakeholders* - public authorities, industry, users and infrastructure operators - are currently Partners of ERTICO – ITS Europe (www.ertico.com). This Brussels-based public and private partnership is working to facilitate the *safe, secure, efficient, comfortable and clean mobility of people and goods* in Europe, across all transport modes. A key tool for reaching this goal is the widespread deployment of *Intelligent Transport Systems and Services* (ITS). ITS is the convergence of information and communications technology with transport infrastructure, users, goods and vehicles.
