Richard Hayes Phillips' momentous work examining Ohio's 2004 ballots
is discussed in Michael Collin's article (see forwarded email below).
The National Election Data Archive's Ron Baiman assisted with some of
the Ohio ballot examination work. This evidence of widespread ballot
tampering that became available only after 22 months later when
ballots were available to the public, is consistent with Ohio's 2004
presidential exit poll discrepancies which Ron Baiman and myself
showed earlier are consistent with outcome-reversing vote miscount.

After reading Richard Hayes Phillip's declaration (linked to in the
article below but written almost a year ago) it would be impossible
(for me at least) to conclude that the Ohio 2004 presidential election
was not fraudulently stolen (and blatantly so) for GW Bush. If this
"sounds" partisan, I apologize, but facts are facts. Any political
party can participate in ballot tampering when elections are not
subjected to routine independent audits "before" certification - not
two years after an election!

In the Ohio 2004 presidential election:

1. large numbers of punch-card ballots appear to have been pre-(or
post?) punched for third party presidential candidates - in ways that
voters would probably not notice but which would negate their
presidential votes. This occurred in heavily Democratic-leaning

2. with Ohio's former punch-card system the ballot has to be paired to
the correct punch card "machine" for each particular precinct due to
rotating the candidate ordering - so that numerous Kerry votes were
switched to third party candidate votes by allowing voters in
Democratic-leaning polling places with multiple precincts to "use any
punch-card machine".

3. absentee ballots were counted twice (and it looks deliberate in
some cases) by Diebold tabulators in some areas, and that fact was
hidden in the data due to the way Diebold reports are programmed, and
counties fail to implement any security procedures to prevent it.

4. rampant destruction of evidence by someone in these same Ohio
counties - The unvoted ballots (that could have shown pre-punched
ballots for third party candidates in precincts that tended to vote
Democratic) were destroyed or missing in most of the counties where
this pre-punched phenomena in Democratic districts occurred - despite
a federal court order to preserve all unvoted ballots.

plus other very anomalous patterns in the Ohio paper ballots that are
consistent with ballot tampering and little else.

After looking at this ballot tampering evidence gathered in Ohio, it
would be irresponsible to use invisible electronic ballots, counted
with trade secret software, and simply trust that all of the hundreds
of election insiders and voting system makers involved with each
county's voting system will be 100% honest and infallible.

Verifiable election integrity requires voter-marked ballots (with
ballot marking devices for voters who need them) and immediate routine
manual audits!

handout on election auditing:

There is a benign force in the universe! The most important
election law litigation proceeds in Ohio. In this federal law suit,
citizens charge "the Ohio Republican Party," Kenneth Blackwell and
others with ELECTION FRAUD. And the plaintiffs have the goods. This
article reviews the stunning case developed a legal team headed by
Cliff Arnebeck and the extraordinary researcher and sleuth Richard
Hayes Phillips, PhD. The Ohio boards of elections can destroy
evidence but it's already documented. Time for truth! Cheers,
Michael Collins

"Letters from the Edge"

April, 2007. Columbus, Ohio. 56 of 88 Ohio counties defied a federal
court order and failed to return some or all of the 2004 presidential
ballots that they were ordered to retain indefinitely. Over 1.5
million ballots were destroyed or lost, key evidence for major federal
law suit charging election fraud and voter suppression in the 2004
presidential contest. For example: "fraudulent votes … cast for George
W. Bush; inflating of vote tabulations in areas that tended to vote
for George Bush."

What impact will the massive destruction of evidence by Ohio counties
have on the federal case charging criminal election fraud in the 2004
presidential election? Some, but the case is still viable. Devastating
findings by researchers for the plaintiffs are reviewed and a motive
the destruction is provided. But first here are two more outstanding
"Letters from the Edge" courtesy of Ohio elections officials trying to
explain the mishandling and destruction of evidence. .
