Star Ratings for Free Music Artists.

I keep thinking about some sort of rating system for Free Music
artists.

Not so much rating the quality of their music but rather their
Freeness as it were.

Some artists may only have one or a few Free songs with mostly non-
Free songs. Almost like they are using Free songs as a loss leader or
a come on.

Other artists may have a lot of Free songs and perhaps some non-Free
songs.

Still others may have all Free songs.

And then some may have all Free songs plus offer some commitment or
assurance to their fans that they intend to keep all their future
music Free.

I am thinking of some way to reflect this situation so that those
wanting to spend their valuable time promoting and supporting artists
doing the Free music thing can have some data to consider when
choosing where to allot their time.

Am I clear with this? Is this a boneheaded idea? Can you think of
improvements?
