I am trying to evaluate FreeMED/Remitt as a billing software for Home Health Agency.

Does it support billing on UB-04 form and 837i format ?

Is there a module for charge entry suitable for this purpose?

We have an 837 transform, but we may not have a UB-04 form one done yet. If you happen to have a copy of the form and some of the information about it, I'd be happy to help implement it.

The basic charge entry screens may work for you, but it's also possible to create a particular UI piece more specific to what you're trying to do. Right now, there's a flow involving creating patient record, after which charge entries can be created for them.
