We are building a product that covers theraphies performed on Students
and bill medicaid for the same through the school system.

And we would like to use REMITT 0.5.0 or latest version if available
with complete 5010 support for following EDI transactions,
270 & 271
837P & 835

276 & 277

The EDI requirement is also very simple and it only covers 4 / 5
theraphy disciplines and 10's Diagnosis codes.

The Eligibility requirement is to know, 1. Is the student is eligible
or not (Check is done in batch mode per school with Medicaid)
2. Which are the months he is eligible for and how much he is eligible
(amount)
Claim Requirement
1. Claim is done in batch mode for all hte studnets in the school who
have undergone theraphy on a monthly basis. With the Service provided
and diagonosis done.
2. Remittance will be on the name of School District. And reports are
generated has to claims submitted vs remittance recieved
(realisation), also need to track and send the rejected / returned
claims to Therapists for resubmission.

In crist we are looking for 5010 compliant Benifit Enquiry and
Billing (Claim and Remittance) EDI's to be integrated. Some help in
this regard is highly appreciated.

I would also like to look at any documentation available for mapping
my database with REMITT, so that both can be integrated.

Eligibility requests should cover this, though we may have to
modernize for 5010.

Those are also both supported, though we haven't tested 5010 support yet.

We probably would have to put together an eligibility plugin for the
Medicaid providers you'd like to support. Thankfully, it's pretty
trivial.

I have REMITT's XML format fairly well documented, but if anyone has
any of the official 5010 documentation, it would be greatly
appreciated.
