Polish translation!

Dear Translation-Team,

I want to announce, that we have now a finished polish-translation for
FreeMED 0.9. Series, THANKS to Mr. Krzysztof Grębosz.

This version is downloadable via subversion now.

Hi,

After a subversion-update you have to run the following scripts in your freemed-installation, so the translation shows up:

1.) run ./scripts/cron/module.php
2.) run mysql -uroot freemed < data/schema/mysql/i18nlanguages.sql [modify this so it fits your mysql-username and your mysql database; if you use a password for the mysql user, append the option -p too - it will ask for the password interactively]
3.) run "make" in locale/

Afterwards the translations should show up.

I just updated the v0.9.x demo version.  The polish translation did
not show up.  Can you fix this?
