adding text to 3D graphs

I'm using 3.6. Is there some way to insert text into a 3D plot in an
xyz location where the z-coordinate is not zero? I've only found xy
locating capabilities.

I'm only aware of being able to do text in the x- and y- axes. I
don't believe you can do in the z- axis as well.
