Hello,
I am new in Freemat and I started to use it as an alternative to
Matlab. I would like to transform some programs in Matlab with a
Parallel toolbox, but I have some problems with it (also because it is
not legal). I found a good alternative in Freemat threads. I would
like to run my program via network, but I don't know how to cunfigure
it. I have 5 computers connected in a network. Can you tell me, how to
connect all 5 computers, that Freemat will run on all computer,
connected with each other (and also run parallel)? Where is the point
of all this? is this possible?
Now I use Windows 7, but if there are less problems with parallel
configuration in Linux, I will install it. There is no problem in
operating system.
Example: I have 5 computers, each of it has Intel core 2 duo. I know
how to run Freemat code parallel on one computer (on 2 cores), now I
would like to use all 10 cores for one process (process run parallel).
Can you please describe me all step by step.
Thank you in advance for the answer
