createMilestonePayment method problem

Hi,
I'm using SnowTigerLib in my PHP project and everything was good
untill it came to createMilestonePayment method.
I'm sending all the required parameters (including 'currency') but I
still get 'Couldn't get lock to save escrow' error.

Also when I manually created a project on the sandbox and then tried
to create a milestone payment for the chosen provider I got "The
project id and user id are not valid for the selected payment" error.

I just wonder if anyone else has the same problem, as I can't find
what I'm doing wrong here.
