No years of experience requirements, just need to have the skills
Need ASAP, would like to get them started and let the other consultants leave earlier
HVAC preferred, come from an industrial environment ideal
Need to be a team player, personable

Gen 4 Field Controller
gray boxes. All being upgraded to Ethernet vs straight wiring. Security issues is their biggest concern with this product giving industrial networking related. One of the largest products is Field Controllers (looked to the ceiling at JCI and pointed one out in the caf ) very standard/historical product for JCI. Sell about 250K a year.

Projects:
Industrial Distributed Applications, upgrade to next gen model. All on are one main platform, different machines talking into one VS having multiple control boards.

1. Need to add converter IPs and build the driver for converter
2. Heavy equip delay ... spike in energy feature underdoing development. Ex was if all kitchen equipment went down, this would give the microwave a 15 sec delay to when the fridge and more important devices come back online.
3. Interlock and other features

Must haves:
C programming, Jira Agile Development background. Write C min requirement: Jr would have to teach. Sharp engineer could learn faster C but ideal is to already have it. C is standard for their field controller level IoT in industry . Nothing in c++ or c# ... next level up in development (would refer us to another team).
