Title: Senior Scala Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duration: long Term (C2H /Contract to hire)- GC or citizens only 

 

·         8-10 years of experience as a Scala Senior Developer with experience in Spark

·         Strong experience in JAVA & hands on activities in launching and managing development on AWS using Scala and Kafka

·         Experience in creating low-latency, high-performance and highly scalable web services (via an API)

·         Experience with Redis, DynamoDb, ElasticSearch, Search Engines, Data analysis, and Kubernetes is mandatory

·         Must have experience in Big Data technologies Hadoop Platform, Hive, Impala, HDFS and Spark

·         Must have Experience in developing big data systems utilizing Spark API and UDFs in Scala/Java.

·         Hands on experience using UNIX, SQL, Spark framework and Java

·         Good Oral and written communication is mandatory
