Freehub tutorial

Hey everyone, I created a kind of ad hoc video tutorial for freehub.
It's based on the current master version I have in my fork,
github.com/Thav/freehub. It contains some particulars about how we use
it at the Durham Bike Coop.

This is awesome. We're working on putting together better greeter
guidelines/info/support for the SFBK and something like this could be
