reading. Meanwhile upstairs, from 8pm, we'll be screening The Thing.
Tomorrow, Saturday, we have an occupation meeting from 3-5pm. From
6-8pm is a meeting about the Scottish ship which is traveling to Gaza
with humanitarian supplies. 8pm we will be screening Slingshot
Hiphop.
Sunday 1pm the regular kids film screening is Na last yearusicaa of
the Valley of the Wind. 4-6pm is another occupation meeting. 7pm
we're screening Planet Earth and hope that this will become another
weekly regular. 8pm we'll be watching Sir No Sir. And at 9pm
downstairs is the weekly poetry open mic with David reappearing after
a short break.
Monday 21st occupation meeting from 5-7pm. Then the now famous Free
Hetherington pub quiz at 9pm. The quiz masters from before the
postgrad club was closed down last year run a weekly quiz with a
diversity of rounds from the original team and new people. There's
also a meeting run by the Glasgow Social Centre folks from 7-9pm
upstairs.
Tuesday 22nd a maths and music talk is from 2-3pm. 4-6pm is a
discussion session led by a Philosophy lecturer on "What's the purpose
of education?". At 7pm in the evening is an ecopsychology workshop.
And from 8-10pm is a meeting to organise against the attacks on
benefits and mental health by a new and active group that has been
growing in recent weeks.
