Never got to thank you Didinson, I'll be following up soon replying to your Chemstation advice.

Good news is that we are moving forward with bidirectional  Masshunter and Xcalibur interfaces, and if it goes well, also the Chemstation and Tracefinder. If we get to add OpenChrom that is a reasonably full bouquet of spectrometer  middleware.

Does anybody have more examples of Masshunter Sample ID upload files to share please. We need to make sure we cover all angles, I expect like for the Chemstation, configurable formats. Does it do CSV?

We are about to start on an XML, e,g.
<SequenceTableDataSet SchemaVersion="1.0" SequenceComment="" SequenceOperator="" SequenceSeqPathFileName="D:\...\1\DATA\" SequencePreSeqAcqCommand="" SequencePostSeqAcqCommand="" SequencePreSeqDACommand="" SequencePostSeqDACommand="" SequenceReProcessing="False" SequenceInjectBarCodeMismatch="OnBarcodeMismatchInjectAnyway" SequenceOverwriteExistingData="False" SequenceModifiedTimeStamp="Wed Mar 06 16:11:49 2019" SequenceFileECMPath="" xmlns="http://www.agilent.com/SequenceTable.xsd">

All advice appreciated,

Mmm, no control over file type acc manual. Basically users would normally compile the sequence in the Masshunter console, the save it for execution later.

When they get to that, they select a previously prepared sequence file and run it. Bika aims to create these sequence files from its WSs.

That is if I have it correct, p53 - 58, https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/usermanuals/public/G1701-90110.pdf

Yay, all four approved for development!

Lab is pretty sharp too - looking at world class food product specification configuration that can be propagated in a Bika Food branch - but assistance from subscribers here with the middlewares' own operations be appreciated.

Will keep you posted
