Here's another Digg story shedding more light on RIAA and its
potential impact on the music. http://www.djlosch.com/article_Why_Internet_Radio_is_in_the_Emergency_Room

This decision by the Copyright Royalties Board has generated a major
reaction in the Internet radio community. Obviously, it not only
affects those of us who are webcasters but anyone who listens to
independent Internet radio to escape the utter lack of creativity that
is most of terrestrial radio today.

This link will take you to a website with much information on what's
being done to get this thing turned around. Included are petitions and
sample letters to follow so you can write your elected representatives
in Congress (some of whom have already gone on the record as saying
this decision seems inappropriate and counter productive).

If you listen to independent Internet radio and don't want to see it
disappear, take a minute to look over this page.
