[Freefonts] CJK Unitied Ideographs new 8 glyphs

Dear Arne, Due to the addition of 8 glyphs of CJK Unitied Ideographs, I have made the AR PL UKai version at June 2008. Now I send to you again. The Ming version had made by a man called 采采卷耳 who made the JIS version of AR PL Ming fonts. I advised him to contact you so that we need not repeat the glyphs. PeTerChow P.S.
