Hello wowmobilerep,
I checked the log but I could not see any malware running.
It sounds like the system file uxinit.dll has been damaged, infected or
that a 32-bit version for some reason has been installed instead of a
64-bit version.
I think that it would be a good idea to let the Windows System Files
Checker (SFC) review all your system files. It should detect if
uxinitl.dll is damaged and replace it with a working copy.
Here's a guide how to run the SFC:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Did SFC find any corrupt systemf files? Did replacing the corrupt file
with a working copy solve the problem?
/Roger
