Before logging in, a "winlogon.exe - Bad Image" dialog box pops up stating as follows:

"c:\windows\system32\UXINIT.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system admin or the software vendor for support."

I would like to know:

#1 -  "What is causing this?"

#2 - "How to erase it?"
