Hello Cara,

I don't think Giant Savings is a virus. According to their web site the software shows a "coupon menu" on some web sites.

They offer uninstall instructions here:

If you like I can also have a look at your FreeFixer log to check if there was anything left behind from Giant Savings.

Hi-

a couple weeks ago I realized that I had Giant Savings adware on my computer.  I had a window popping up in my browser on different sites that said "giant savings" on it.  I uninstalled it but am concerned that it left bad things behind.  Especially when I googled it and saw that it is a bad virus (I hope I'm using the right terminology, I'm not that techy).  I saw that I could get rid of it with Free fixer but am a little scared to use free fixer being that I'm only modestly computer savy.  Could you help me?  Also- do you think it is secure to do things like banking on my computer while I have this virus?

Thanks so much.  your help is very much appreciated!

Cara
