As evidenced herein, I'm relatively new and in need of a Notary in the
SLC, UT area.
Suggestions anyone?
Thanks so much,

I would be happy to help you, Neo, but I am not in the SLC area. I am in California. You can mail paperwork to me to send out for you as a notary presenter/acceptor. You must get your own signature notarized by a local notary, but should not have any trouble with this part getting a local notary to help you, but the presenting may be done from other areas. I have a number of clients from all over the US who mail me documents and I send them on for them. Please let me know if I can help you.

Get your docs prepared with all the jurats and acknowledgements
notarized locally (unless you live near Seattle, Washington). Scan
(color preferred, 300dpi or better, pdf format) and send your docs to
me. Attach the Notary Certificate of Service (template can be
provided) with all the destination addresses in word doc format to the
email. I complete the NCS with the notary information, dates,
certified mail #s, etc, notarize the presentment, and scan and send
you a copy.
I can bill and receive payment via Paypal. I write each bill up
itemized and email it with the scanned copy of the documents I
execute. I can also invoice through PayPal so you can have a record
of costs (or “damages” ;-)) that way.
At the completion of an administrative cycle, I send you all the
original documents in my possession including all NCSs, certified mail
slips and return receipts (if any), and original copies of certificate
of non-performance/non-response. I keep a complete scanned record of
everything should I ever be called upon to testify.
Thanks for the response and elicidations. It appears you run a taught
ship!
I'll let you know soon if I want to use your services.
