Why would you need an Oklahoma Notary when you live in the Phoenix, Az
area?

Notary presentment can be done by mail. As long as a notary is not verifying the identity of a person appearing in front of him or her, a notary is not violating any laws and can be 'presented' with docs to mail at the request of another person from anywhere in the country.

You don’t need an Oklahoma or Arizona notary.  You just need a notary who knows how to handle the presentment process remotely.
