I need an ongoing notary presenter who can support my OID processes. I
am open to working remotely with someone in a different state;
however, would like to first explore a Seattle-based relationship so I
have the option of doing remotely or in-person.

I recommend that you try contacting a few of the members on the
google forum, to locate one who is able to assist you further with your
requirements.
Or try using this search:

I don't do Notary Presentment, and I don't have a lot of referrals for
that particular area, others on that list may know more and be able to
help you locate what you need much better than I can.

I looked on www.notarypresenter.com for you and found Nonie Rasmussen in your approximate vicinity, but it looks like she is having problems, too, huh? You can try Perry Langham in Texas. 404-643-7799. He is a notary and may be able to work with you. He is very detail oriented.

I have asked Donna several times to remove me from her list as I can't take on any new Notary work at this time.  But so far she hasn't changed that yet.

I don't think that notary website is her highest priority now. She is studying trusts instead and is not concerned with D/C stuff anymore.
