What do you need? I am a CA notary but I do presentments by mail on processes you are doing. Of course YOUR signature will have to be notarized locally, but I can present remotely. Let me know if I can help you.

No, your signatures must be notarized in person by a local notary. You should not have any trouble finding a local notary to notarize your signature.  THen you can send me your package to mail for you adding the due presentment (see attached) or some variation thereof.
