Since I live in Mt. Shasta, I am assuming that I would need to get the documents notarized here (my signature and then send them to you and then you would do the presentment work and record any default.

If you could explain the process that would be very helpful, also, what are the charges for the work.

I am sure you have found a great notary by now.
I am in Utah. You would have to have YOUR document notarized by where
ever you are and then forward the documents. If you have someone that
can do it for you locally, that would likely be better for you!
Meanwhile, I am doing the IRS filings should you need those done. That
is completed by email.
