Why am I writing this message 12 hours before "email the subscribers, post to social media" time? I'm traveling tomorrow -- taking my recently purchased and finally "broken in" motorcycle on its first 100-plus-mile trip -- and want to get as much done as possible this evening so there's less to do tomorrow morning before I take off. I'm a pre-travel worrywart like that.

Don't forget that we're a reader-supported publication -- at 80 miles per gallon or so, this trip is probably going to cost me ten bucks in gas, plus a delicious but outrageously priced corporate death burger en route, so every little bit helps!
