Control Freedomotic via Telegram Bot

Hi,

we have a first prototype of plugin for Telegram.

Notifications are ok but we are working on the "control" side.

An user on Github are developing a graphical interface. You can view some images and comment on https://github.com/freedomotic/freedomotic/issues/224
