FreeEedUI Preview and Export Problem

Does anybody know the correct path to put into the "File location" setting in order to preview and export files?

I have set that to .../results/native.zip as it must be to upload the native.zip file but whenever I try to view a file or export it, I get and error message (well actually it is a whole new page which seems to delete the search) which states:  "Data do not exist! Please set the 'Files location' property in Case settings page."

I have tried setting this to various paths but so far only the path to native.zip is accepted and that does not allow previews or export.

Hey Jim,

Sorry, I don't have a solution for you but can confirm I am having the same issue using the latest FreeEed VM.  Will post here if I have any success.

Thanks for your input. After wasting countless hours trying to get it to work I went with Logikcull, a cloud service that will import Concordance databases. Logikcull lets you pay monthy based on Gigs uploaded so it was a relatively low-cost solution for me.

I am sorry for your trouble but I am organizing a better approach. There will be a paid support service and a scalable solution.

Mark,

I have a similar request in that I can't seem to get the native preview and export functionality to work properly. What are my options?
