An account with http://freeconferencing.com has been setup to hold phone conference calls and also offers screen sharing when people connect through computer. The account login is tied to the email address in...@freedetroit.org. Ask me if you need a reminder of the password. You can reach me by phone/text at 313-442-6756 (Stephen).

Conference Call Information
Call in number 712-432-0075
access 652920#
((host access 257265#))
Playback number 712-432-1085 and the most recent recording will play. It is possible to upload files and play them into the session and that would put them into a recorded session as well.
  • Up to 1000 callers can dial in and a conference call can last up to 6 hours.
  • It is possible to create up to 4 break-out call rooms, and it would be suggested to have someone with host access in each break-out.
  • When you are hosting you can start recording using *9 to begin press 1, then *9 to stop.
The above bullet information can be found in the online FAQ on the website for FreeConferencing.com

Strategy For Recorded Call
We could open up the call recording with an announcement of the date of the call, run the advertisement audio, then go through announcements and lastly conversation regarding activities and general questions people might have.

Publicity Of the Conference Calls
I've put notice saying the call takes place from April 18 to May 1 at 8pm for 15-45 minutes each night. If we could stage people up with content to share each night that would be fantastic. Consider this a mini-radio show with a talk segment -- AND we CAN use this audio for an internet radio show.
Attached to this email is a PDF print of a meeting dashboard listing the numbers of those who called into the conference call on April 19. This sort of dashboard listing can be downloaded as spreadsheet content also so we could create a list of phone numbers that have called in, when and for how long.
