Booderee National Park Jervis Bay currently is currently seeking comments on their draft plan of management
The key objectives for the management of Booderee National Park are:
- to conserve the biodiversity and cultural heritage of the park
- to provide for appreciation and quiet enjoyment of the park
- to benefit members of the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council.
It is suggested that people make comments that nude bathing is consistent with the key objective of appreciation and quiet enjoyment of the park.
“Over the top” regulation of nude bathing by Police trail bikes and 4wds by federal Government vehicles is inconsistent with the Park objectives.
On a practical sense it is recommended that Scottish Rocks on Jervis Bay be acknolweged as a traditional nudist beach.
